Obituary for Linda Little Sherman
Linda Little Sherman, 72, died Saturday, February 20, 2021, at Baptist Hospital. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 24, 2021, at Sebrell Funeral Home in Ridgeland. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. A graveside service will follow at Floral Hills Memory Gardens in Pearl.
Mrs. Sherman was born on February 28, 1947, in Tylertown, MS, the daughter of the late James and Mary Ellen Little. She was employed throughout her career in retail sales. Mrs. Sherman will be remembered most from Martin Cleaners and Fads and Frames in Pearl, MS, where she eventually retired.
She enjoyed watching unscripted television shows, collecting dragon figurines and solving jigsaw puzzles. Mrs. Sherman also enjoyed listening to music, traveling to New Orleans, LA, and bird watching. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Rickey Sherman and her brother, Jim Little.
Survivors include daughter Kim Gibson and her husband Dale of Jackson and son, Jamie Dickerson and his wife Tonia of Ridgeland.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The American Cancer Society.
