Obituary for Julia Frances Spears Cox
Julia Frances Spears Cox, 81, passed away Saturday, January 02, 2021 at Baptist Hospital in Jackson, MS. She was born April 5, 1939 to the late Louis and Maggie Isame Spears in Twist, AR. Julia was a homemaker for the majority of her life, she had a warm smile and tender touch. She worked miracles in her flower gardens as she planted beautiful flowers, her favorite were the roses. Julia is a mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend who will be greatly missed.
She is preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Ruth Griggs, and brothers, James Spears, Ray Spears and Joe Spears.
Julia is survived by her son, Rodney Brian Anglin (Pat) of Madison; her daughter, Janet Marie Lambert (David) of Brandon; sister, Helen Lee; brother, Carlton Spears both of Arkansas; grandchildren, Lauren King (C.J.), Drew and Zach Anglin, and Lance Lambert; and great granddaughter, Caroline King.
A private family graveside service will be Monday, January 4, 2021 at 1 PM at Floral Hills Memory Garden in Pearl, MS.
