Wanda Kaye Lovell, 53, passed away on August 26, 2023, at Winona Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Survived by her daughter Melinda Berryhill (Nick) of Arizona City, AZ, her son Paul Wilmoth of Arizona City, AZ, and her four beloved grandchildren, Will, Owen, Brooklyn Grace, and Clarke; her Sister Belinda Jordan (Billy) Pearl, MS, her brothers Ronald "Buddy" Soloman (Beth) of Balch Springs, TX, and Sam Lindsey (Christy) of Florence, MS as well as many other nieces and nephews. Wanda was preceded in death by her her soul mate Chris Koestler of Vicksburg, MS, mother Bonnie Lindsey of Pearl, MS, brother Tom "Sonny" Lockhart of Raymond, MS, her son Michael "Mikey" Lovell of Clinton, MS, and her grandchild Tanner Fewell of Clinton, MS.
Wanda was a graduate of Mississippi College, where she earned her Bachelor Degree in accounting. She was a longtime employee of Socrates Garrett Enterprises where she mainly focused her career on analyzing bids for contracts. She had recently accepted a position at Entergy of Mississippi in Port Gibson, MS as a Bid Analyst.
Wanda was a proud mother, and an adoring grandmother to her grandchildren. Wanda cherished spending time with her family, and had a very special bond with her niece Melissa "Missy" Romo of Pearl, MS.
A funeral service in remembrance of Wanda will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, September 7, 2023 at Sebrell Funeral Home with visitation beginning at Noon. A graveside service will follow at Palestine Cemetery in Raymond, MS.
