Obituary for Steven Jay Johnson
Steven Jay Johnson, 57, died Thursday, August 3, 2017. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 5, 2017 at Sebrell Funeral Home in Ridgeland with burial following in Natchez Trace Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Steven was born on January 18, 1960, in Jackson, the son of the late Labe Bradford Johnson and Doris Holmes Johnson. A graduate of Clinton High School, Mr. Johnson spent his career in construction specializing in vinyl siding installation. Steven enjoyed playing Plase 10 cards, WWF wrestling and watching the New Orleans Saints and Mississippi State Bulldogs play football. Stephen enjoyed the outdoors, especially walking his dog. Stephen cherished spending time with his family and friends.
Survivors include: brother, Brad Johnson of Madison; brother, Billy Johnson of Tylertown; sister, Debbie Hall of Pearl; brother, Randy Johnson of Brandon; sister, Lisa Gilbert of Madison; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews
