Obituary for Pansy H. Dean
Pansy H. Dean, 83, passed away Monday April 8, 2019 at Brandon Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Pansy was born June 3rd, 1935 to the late James Howell Hearn and Wilda Knight Hearn in Vicksburg, MS. She enjoyed gardening and was a hard worker, but most of all, she loved her boys. Pansy had 5 sons, 2 daughters and Opie, her dog. She is a beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great- great grandmother and sister that will be greatly missed. Pansy is preceded in death by her husband- Willie Morris Dean; parents- James Howell and Wilda Hearn; sons- Jacky, Jeffrey and James Dean; brothers- James and Roy Hearn; and sisters- Shirley Heart and Mary Burdette. She is survived by her sons- Johnny and Justin Dean both from Canton, MS; daughters- Debra Norris (Kenneth) from Myersville, MS and Beverly Killen from Canton, MS; brothers- Danny Hearn (Sandy) from Vicksburg, MS and Billy Hearn (Mitzi) from Redwood, MS; sisters- Margarete Fleming from Summerville, S.C., Gladys Pettway and Jean Sibley (Robert) all from Vicksburg, MS, Francis Hedrick from Redwood, MS and Wilma Briscoe from Cullman, AL; many grandchildren; many great grandchildren and 2 great- great grandchildren. A visitation will be Saturday April 13th, 2019 from 1 PM- 2 PM at Sebrell Funeral Home followed by a memorial service at 2 PM with Scotty Smith officiating.
