Obituary for Matha Pearl Jones
Matha Pearl Jones died Friday, June 7, 2019 at Manhattan Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Jackson. She was 80.

A native of Kosciusko, Mississippi, she was the daughter of the late Joseph P. and Ruby Ellington Hutchison.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Lee Roy Jones, in 2014, and her son, Jimmy Wayne Jones.

She is survived by her daughter, Debra Burnham, of Raymond, MS; sisters, Helen Baugh (James), of Raymond, MS and Bula Jones (Joe), of Clinton, MS; grandchildren: Timmy Berry, Lee Burnham, Tony Jones, and Brandy Johnson (Travis); six great grandchildren; and other relatives.

Visitation will be held from 12:00 Noon until 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 8, 2019 at Sebrell Funeral Home in Ridgeland. Graveside services will follow at 3:00 p.m. in Parkway Cemetery in Kosciusko.
