In 1975, Luke started Two Wire Electric Supply with his son, Mike. He sold Two Wire and spent time coaching his youngest son, Chris, and his championship baseball team. In 1988, Luke started his second business, Sefco Electric Supply Company, and was eventually joined by both sons. The company was family-owned and operated until 2015.
Mr. Lamb was a longtime member of Wynndale Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon and sang in the choir. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing, and he was a charter member of the Little River Hunting Club. Luke was its last surviving member.
