Obituary for Jimmie Lloyd Shoemaker
Jimmie Lloyd Shoemaker passed away Monday, February 17th, 2020 at his residence in Brandon, MS. He was 83. Jimmie was born in Ludlow, MS on September 7th, 1936 to the late Cassell and Selma Ramshur Shoemaker. Some of his hobbies were playing cards, especially poker, he enjoyed going to the casino and fishing at the reservoir. Jimmie was known to be a dedicated worker; he owned Shoemaker Surveying Company. He will be greatly missed his family and those who know him.
Jimmie was preceded in death by his parents; his beloved wife, Nancy Shoemaker; two brothers and a sister.
He is survived by his son, Benje Shoemaker of Byram, MS; daughter, Tye Burnham (Kevin) of Brandon, MS; brother, Pete Shoemaker of Beaumont, TX; sister, Nellie Wilson of Florence, MS; grandchildren, Ben and David Shoemaker and Isabella Burnham.
