Obituary for Jessie J. Williams
Jessie J. Williams Sr., age 62 of Raymond, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Sunday, September 15, 2019 at home, surrounded by family and friends. He was born June 15, 1957 in Jackson, MS. His family moved to Greenville, MS where he lived until 2001. He then moved to Raymond, MS where he spent the rest of his life. He is preceded in death by his father, Woodrow Wilson Williams, mother, Louise Williams Hargrove, step-dad Belton Hargrove, and 3 brothers Woodrow Wilson (Red) Williams Jr., Wilson Eugene Williams, Casey O’neal Williams Sr., and daughter, Christie Ann Hood. He is survived by his wife, Teresa Williams, of 39 years, son, Jessie J. Williams Jr. of Raymond, son, Donnie Williams of Greenville and daughters, Christy and Stacie Williams of Greenville, brothers, Bobby Leon Williams and wife, Linda of Maben, David Earl Williams and wife, Gail of Greenville, sisters, Ruby Simon and husband, James of LaRue, Tx., Gloria Estes, and husband James (Pete), of LaRue, Tx. A loving and caring mother-in-law Shirlee Barrett of Raymond, brother- in- law, Ray Barrett and wife Reba of Wesson. Extended family Margaret and Jason Morgan of Learned, and Joe and Curtis Benton of Crystal Springs. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He loved his family and friends very much.
