Obituary for Jerry Dale Allen, Sr.
Jerry Dale Allen, Sr., 67, of Pearl, passed away on Sunday, October 8th, 2017. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 10th, 2017 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm and on Wednesday, October 11th, 2017 at 10:00am until the 11:00am funeral service, all at Sebrell Funeral Home, 425 Northpark Drive, Ridgeland, MS.
Mr. Allen was a great husband and a loving father to his children and grandchildren. He loved playing pool and spending time with his friends. He enjoyed hunting, especially alligators. He also was an avid deer hunter and a sportsman fisherman. Jerry was a talker, had a good sense of humor, he frequently played jokes on his daughters in laws.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Otis Earl Allen, Jr. and Jacqueline Hartley Allen; his sons, Terry Dale Allen and Anthony Wayne Allen; and granddaughter, Haley Marie Kaus.
He is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Linda Sheryl Allen of Pearl; sons, Jerry Keith Allen (Angela) of Eupora, Austin Heath Grantham (Mary) of Pearl, and Jerry Dale Allen, Jr. (Ashley) of Pearl; daughters, Tina Ann Allen, and Alexus Colt Allen both of Pearl; brothers, Ronnie Earl Allen (Barbara) of Pearl, and Tony Wayne Allen (Margaret) of Florence; sisters, Patty Lynn Carr (Keith) of Pearl, and Jacqueline Nicole Allen of Hattiesburg; 18 Grandchildren, Matthew Narmour, Kinsey Narmour, Brianna Turner, Gracie Turner, Kilee Turner, Shelby Allen, Dallas Allen, Landon Grantham, Reese Busby, Chandler Teasley, Alexus Teasley, Baylee Allen, Colbie Allen, Dylan Allen, Steven Dickson, Carrie Hester and Wade Hester; and 1 great grandchild, Ella Noelle Allen and a host of extended family and many friends.
