A devout Christian of exemplary faith, she was active in Cursillo, the Kairos Ministry, and the Order of St. Luke. Her love and compassion showed in her actions and were an inspiration to many, whether she was knitting for the prayer shawl ministry or teaching Sunday school, which she did for decades.
Jane was a loving and caring mother and a cherished friend. Her endless capacity for kindness and compassion was balanced with a wonderful sense of humor, sass, determination, and grit.
