Obituary for Evelyna B. Beaty
Evelyna Bozeman Beaty died Wednesday, June 12, 2019 in Jackson, Mississippi. She was 92.
A native of Philadelphia, Mississippi, she was the daughter of the late Tom and Eula Mae Bozeman.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, Vernon Young; sisters, Avie Mae Bozeman and Eluweese Stewart; brothers, George Elton Bozeman and Oliver C. Bozeman; sisters-in-law, Gloria Bozeman and Carolyn Bozeman; brothers-in-law, George Stewart, Harvey Willoughby, Robert James, and Tom Culberson.
She is survived by her husband, William A. “Bill” Beaty; granddaughter, Jennifer Lee Bauder; great grandson, Perrin Lee Bauder; sisters, Lois Willoughby, Mercedes Culberson; Belle James, Ima Jean Johnson (Tommy); brothers, Roy Bozeman (Shelia); Oneal Bozeman (Judy), Sammy Bozeman, and Billy Bozeman; step children, Ronald Beaty, Dennis Beaty, Mike Beaty, and Patricia Hartness (Darrell); and a host of nieces, nephews, loving relatives and friends.
Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, June 14, 2019 at Sebrell Funeral Home, the Reverend Sid Johnson officiating. Interment will follow in Lakewood Memorial Park in Jackson.
