Obituary for Deborah Harvey Cade
Deborah Harvey Cade, of Brandon, 65, passed away suddenly Saturday, September 2nd, while visiting children and grandchildren in Olive Branch, MS. She was a native of El Dorado, AR and had made her home in the metro area since 1998. She was employed for the past 15 years by Morris Petroleum/Victory Marketing of Ridgeland. She is survived by her loving husband, soul mate, and best friend, James (Jim) Holt Cade, Jr. of Brandon, her two sons, Michael (Aimee) Beebe and Adam (Alison) Beebe, both of El Dorado, AR, her stepdaughter, Carley (Ramey) Cade Smith of Oxford and stepson, Casey (Lindsey) Cade of Olive Branch. She is also survived by her brother, Raymon (Beth) Harvey of Little Rock, AR and niece, Sara Harvey of Santa Cruz, CA. In addition, she’s survived by seven grandchildren, Emma, Clara, Liam, Holt, Sarah Scott, Amelia, and Catie James and numerous family and friends. She also leaves behind what she considered her “second family”, her co-workers at Morris Petroleum/Victory Marketing. She was preceded in death by her father, Ed Lee Harvey, Jr. and mother, Nora Elizabeth Harvey. Deborah enjoyed making and buying clothes and toys for her grandchildren. Also, she deeply loved her dog, Angel. Although raised an Arkansas Razorback, she enjoyed tailgating in the Grove with family and friends to root for her adoptive team, the Ole Miss Rebels. Visitation will be 11:00am-1:00pm, Wednesday, September 6, 2017 with a memorial service immediately following at the Sebrell Funeral Home located at 425 Northpark Drive, Ridgeland, MS 39157. In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials be made to the Children’s of Mississippi (Batson Children’s) Hospital or St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
