Obituary for Deana Elizabeth Robb
Deana Elizabeth Hood Robb passed away on July 6, 2022. She was 39 years old. Deana was born on June 20, 1983, in Jackson, MS, where she lived most of her life until building a home in Byram, MS, where she currently resided. Deana was a paralegal and held an associate degree in Health Information Management. She was an avid musician, singer, artist and often entertained family and friends who also enjoyed her wit and humor. She loved her family and friends and was most proud of her three beautiful children. She will be sorely missed by all. Preceding her in death are her father Danny L. Hood Sr. (Benton, MS); grandparents, Thomas Glynn and Willa Dean Freeny (Byram, MS) and Lloyd Lamar Hood (Yazoo, MS); sibling, Joe H. Reel Jr. (Brandon, MS). Those who are left to cherish her memory are her loving husband, Jason M. Robb, adored children, Army Specialist E-4 James Dean Robb (Crestview, FL), Abigail Luckett Robb (14) and Liam Michael Robb (8). Her grandmother, Eliza Geneva Hood (Benton, MS). Her parents, Joe H. and Glynda K. Reel (Byram, MS), siblings, Danny L. Hood Jr. (Jackson, MS), Kimberly M. (Brian) Harrell (Brandon, MS) and Earl B. Reel (Brandon, MS). Her cherished nieces and nephews, Kristan, Ashley Ann, Shannon, Myles, Maicie, Austin, Katelynn and Gabriel. Her in-laws, Lee and Deborah Robb (Magee, MS), Natalie Hood (New Hebron, MS), Sherry Reel (Pearl, MS), Jeremy (Teresa) Robb (Petal, MS). In addition, a host of wonderful Uncles, Aunts, Cousins and Friends. At the wish of the deceased, there will be no formal service. Her wish would be that we all keep our sense of humor, tell your loved ones you love them, laugh with each other and especially at ourselves. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Visitation will be at Sebrell Funeral Home, 425 Northpark Drive, Ridgeland, MS from 4pm to 6pm Friday, July 15, 2022.
