Two sisters Hazel (Bill Standard) and Helen (J.B. Adams). Two sons: Grady McCool (Sharon Pipkin), Larry McCool (Cynthia Hillman), and a grandson “Camp,” Campbell Alan McCool.
Allene McCool was a homemaker, and bookkeeper for her husband’s real estate/building company and her late son, Larry McCool Auctions. She loved sports, Ole Miss and Mississippi State football, baseball and basketball and the Saints-Drew Breeze! However, she loved watching her grandkids games the most. She also loved art and painting with oils. She was a natural and grew more from the classes and training she received while in Germany which led her to teaching art after their return to the states.
She had a servant’s heart and woke up every morning asking, “Lord show me who needs me today.” She believed and taught that “family should always be there with love and forgiveness for each other” “That it was so important to always try to keep in touch.” “To always do and be your best, but remember that no one is perfect but Jesus,” and “Always look for the good in people.” She was confident of where she was going, and her family and all who knew her will be forever grateful for her faith and the example she lived for us to follow.
