Obituary for Brandy Danielle Stevens Fogle
Brandy Danielle Stevens Fogle died unexpectedly on October 21, 2018 at her home in Dallas, Texas. She was 42.
A native of Flowood, Mississippi, born September 3, 1976, she was the daughter of Debbie Stevens and the late William Kendall Stevens. Brandy attended elementary and high school at Northwest Rankin before moving to Austin, Texas to complete her education. Brandy was a very kind, generous and compassionate person and a devout Christian. She was a loving mother, daughter, sister, and friend. She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
In addition to her father Ken, she was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, George and Betty Stevens; and maternal grandmother, Willie Estelle Taylor.
She is survived by her son, Lyrik Caden Lockhart, of Ridgeland; mother, Debbie Stevens; sister, Sommer Welgos, both of Brandon; brother, Kendall Stevens, of Ocean Springs; maternal grandfather, Van Taylor, Jr., of Houston, TX; stepmother, Sonie Stevens, of Bentonia; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
A memorial service will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at Saint Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 4000 W. Tidewater Lane in Madison, the Reverend Jason Johnston, officiating. Interment will follow at 3:00 p.m. at Fannin Baptist Church Cemetery where Brandy will be laid to rest next to her father.
The family suggests memorials be made in Brandy's memory to a favorite charity.
