Obituary for Bartlett (Bart) Buford Clark
Bartlett "Bart" Buford Clark, 78, passed away on May 14, 2018. He was born in Jackson to Albert Leonard and Margaret Clark. He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Leonard. He graduated from Murrah High School (1957) and Miss State University (1961). He is survived by his wife, Patty, of 55 years; daughter, Tracey Gavin (Brian); sons, Rusty (Evie) and Andy (Debra); and 9 grandchildren. His happiest moments were spent hunting and fishing at his camp in Vicksburg with his sons, son-in-law, and grandchildren. He also enjoyed cooking, visiting his grandchildren, and attending their school and sporting events. He was a member of a Karnac Hunting Club. Visitation will be held at St. Philip's Episcopal Church, May 18th at 10:00 AM with funeral services following at 11:30 AM. Interment will be at Lakewood Cemetery. Donations may be made to St. Philip's, 5400 Old Canton Rd, Jackson MS 39211
