Obituary for John Michael Brown
John Michael Brown, 56, died peacefully in his sleep on September, 18, 2017 at his home in Jackson, MS.
John was born on December 28, 1960. He was born in Ohio and moved to Jackson, MS at a young age. He was by trade a painter for 32 years. He was an avid reader and history buff. He loved music of all types and was a dog lover as well.
He is survived by his wife, Janet Brown, son Adam (Lacey) Brown, daughter Ashley Moore, his four grandchildren Catherine Brown, Cashton Brown, Adrienne Hampton and Cameron Crain; one brother, Gary (Judy) Brown; two sisters, Sandra (Stewart) Brown and Debra (Tony) Brown Way, and his beloved dog Simon.He is preceded in death by parents Walter “Wally” and Helen Brown.
John loved many people and was equally loved by many. He will always be remembered and very much missed.
Services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, September 21, 2017 at the Sebrell Funeral Home in Ridgeland, MS. Arrangements under the direction of Sebrell Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers contributions in memory of John may be made to Cheshire Abbey at P.O. Box 16330 Jackson, MS 39236.
